As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a former teacher, trainer, and coach, Melanie has a wealth of knowledge in workplace stress, neuroscience, and hypnotherapy. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, boost their confidence, and build resilience through better sleep and stress management.
